1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • Return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery

  • Product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging

Note: Returns are not accepted for reasons related to personal preferences, such as dislike of color, fabric, or design, if the item matches the description and images.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sarees that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or marked as “Non-Returnable”

  • Customized or pre-stitched sarees

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  • Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach clear images of the product (in case of defect/damage).
  • Our team will verify the request and arrange a reverse pickup if eligible.
  • Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll initiate the refund or exchange.

4. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or provided as store credit based on your preference.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for the same design (due to size or defect), we’ll send the replacement after the returned product passes quality check.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
